Scheduled
At midnight on 30 April 2017, Voicebase will no longer accept API requests using the previously deprecated "Hybrid" processing mode. With this change, all API requests will use the newer and faster "Native" processing mode, and API requests that specifically request Hybrid processing will be rejected as errors.

We previously notified all customers using Hybrid that they should migrate to Native mode, and all production accounts have done so, but a few developers still make at least some requests for Hybrid processing. As of 30 April at midnight, those API requests will fail, and those developers will need to make a small change to their integration code to no longer specify a processing mode.

If you have any questions about this upcoming change, please reach out to your Voicebase salesperson or to support@voicebase.com
