On Monday 26 November 2018 at 01:00 AM PST VoiceBase will make a change to the call back retry window. The current retry window is 36 hours which will be decreased to 16 hours.
Once a media with a configured callback is completed, the call back will be initiated. If it fails it will immediately attempt two more retries before being rescheduled.
VoiceBase will then attempt another retry at minute 15, 45, 105, 225 (approximately 4 hours), 465 (approximately 8 hours) and 945 (approximately 16 hours) from the initial failed call back attempt.
