Update - Error rates have dropped dramatically, but there are still ingress issues. Work submitted for processing is processing correctly, but API submissions and status checks may return 500 errors.

Investigating - In a continuation of the problems from this morning, we are experiencing problems with our ingress servers. Unfortunately, the API failure rates are very high this time. We are working to address the issue.

Update - The errors occur in our Ingress layer, causing intermittent failures in the API. Work successfully submitted for processing will be completed properly.

Investigating - Our monitoring systems are showing occasional errors in the V2 processing pipeline. We are investigating. We suspect that these errors will cause a small percentage of API requests to return failed, with some request types showing no errors and others showing up to 1% error rates.

Investigating - The V1 API is much busier than usual this morning, which is causing slower than usual turnaround times. We are adding capacity, which will bring the system back to normal in around 15 minutes.
