Customers using the VoiceBase US-East instance may have experienced intermittent network errors when trying to access the VoiceBase API from approximately 8:00AM PST to 8:55AM PST. Access has now been completely restored.
Submitted work was processing normally during the incident, but users may have experienced intermittent difficulty submitting new work or making other API calls. Redundant and backup systems ensured that at least 80% of our overall capacity remained available at all times.
