[VoiceBase EU] Incident: Slow Down in Processing Time

Resolved

At approximately 4:30PM PST our European platform was hit by a localized network outage that removed a portion of our operating capacity. Due to this problem, media processing times were delayed by as long as 40 minutes or more. The issue has been resolved, we are monitoring it for a period of time before closing this incident.
